The water solution is easy to fail when it is placed at room temperature, and it will fail quickly when it meets with acid, alkali, oxidant, etc. Penicillin has a good antibacterial effect on Streptococcus, Streptococcus pneumoniae and Staphylococcus which does not produce penicillinase. It has moderate antibacterial activity against Enterococcus.
